Mark J. Sanford, Clinical Audiologist, has successfully owned and managed CSG Better Hearing Center since 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in hearing healthcare. He earned his Masters in Communicative Disorders, Audiology at the University of Texas in Dallas. As an expert in hearing loss and hearing devices, Mark gives presentations locally and nationally and is on the advisory board for several hearing aid manufacturers. In addition, Mark instructs new Lyric providers in sizing and fitting procedures. Mark is a member of: American Academy of Audiology, American Speech and Hearing Association, Academy of Dispensing Audiologists, Hearing Review Advisory board, and Chairman of the Elite Hearing Network Advisory Board. In the past, Mark has been a member of the GN Resound Advisory Board and Vortis Techonology Board.

Rex Anderson joins our staff with over 30 years of experience dispensing hearing devices. Mr. Anderson knows and understands the problems hearing loss can bring and provides a compassionate professional approach to serving those in need of hearing help. Over the years Rex has participated in numerous hearing device research and development projects and in the manufacture of hearing devices. His broad experience as a fully licensed dispenser working with digital programmable devices, as well as the new Lyric device, makes him a perfect fit for our Palo Alto facility.
